MOMS-MVP Mineral

MOMS–MVP is an integrated system for monitoring mining activities of minerals and coal, from raw materials to final products. It was developed to ensure procedural and systematic oversight of mining inventories, supporting the calculation of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). Through MOMS–MVP, the government can track the origin, quantity, and processing of mining commodities, including shrinkage values and deviations between mining plans and actual outcomes. Additionally, the system constructs a structured balance sheet reflecting the transformation from raw materials to mining products.
